Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 year. This fully remote role requires a current California SLP license and teletherapy/tele-assessment experience in a California school setting.

As part of our clinician-led organization, you will work with IEP teams, document outcomes, and participate in mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current California SLP license required.
• Experience in California school settings required.
• Teletherapy and tele-assessment experience required.
• Fingerprint background and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible California school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with parents, teachers, and IEP teams regarding service delivery modifications, accommodations, and generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
• Writing IEP goals aligned with Common Core State Standards.
• Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
