Job summary

Cartwheel is seeking outcomes‑oriented mental health therapists to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will work directly with school staff, students, and families in partner districts to build stronger systems of mental health support, primarily through teletherapy.

We value license holders in NH and experience with CBT/DBT/ACT, plus telehealth delivery. Roles operate 100% remotely in the U.S., with rolling start dates as of September 2026.

Qualifications

• Active independent license in New Hampshire to deliver mental health care.
• Experience delivering mental health services to students via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental-health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff.
• Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team members.
• Support students and families with transition to community care providers.
• Meet regularly with school staff to discuss student mental-health needs and develop strategies to improve school services.
• Provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified.
