Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Manager, Scheduling Strategy & Optimization to design, launch, and continuously improve a centralized schedule template build function that supports clinician onboarding and ongoing updates.

You will collaborate with Practice Operations, Clinical leadership, Technology, and EHR teams to define requirements, ensure scalability, and optimize clinician utilization and patient access across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare scheduling operations.
• Experience with EHR (preferably athena), scheduling, service desk, or workflow management processes.
• Experience building or scaling a centralized operations function, shared service, or support team.
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, and ongoing optimization of a centralized schedule template build function for onboarding and ongoing updates.
• Define end-to-end operating model for schedule template builds, including intake, approval, prioritization, completion, QA, escalation, and performance tracking.
• Create scalable SOPs, workflows, job aids, and processes for cross-market schedule template builds.
• Establish SLAs, decision rights, escalation pathways, and stakeholder communication routines for the process.
• Build and develop a team of schedule build analysts responsible for high-quality, timely template builds.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and future resourcing.
