Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Manager, Scheduling Strategy & Optimization to design and scale a centralized schedule template build function supporting clinician onboarding and ongoing updates.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare scheduling operations, strong leadership, and collaboration with operations, clinical leadership, and technology teams to improve clinician utilization and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare scheduling operations.
• Prior people management experience required.
• Experience with EHR (athena) and scheduling/workflow processes.
• Experience building or scaling a centralized operational function.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, launch, and optimization of centralized schedule template build function.
• Define end-to-end operating model for schedule requests, intake, approval, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Practice Operations, Clinical leadership, Technology, and EHR teams.
• Create scalable SOPs, workflows, and team processes for multi-market execution.
• Establish service expectations, SLAs, and stakeholder communication routines.
• Build and develop a team of schedule build analysts for timely, accurate updates.
• Monitor capacity, request volume, and performance to drive improvements.
• Translate insights into recommendations for senior leadership.
