Job summary

LifeStance Health in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Manager, Scheduling Strategy & Optimization to design and scale a centralized schedule template build function that supports clinician onboarding and ongoing template updates.

You will define operating models, gather clinician needs, create scalable processes, and partner with Practice Operations, Clinical leadership, Technology, and EHR teams to improve utilization, access, and consistency across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in healthcare scheduling operations.
• Experience building or scaling centralized operational functions.
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, launch, and ongoing optimization of centralized schedule template build.
• Define end-to-end operating model for schedule requests and approvals.
• Create scalable SOPs, workflows, and team processes for multiple markets.
• Establish service expectations, SLAs, escalation paths, and communications.
• Build and develop a team of schedule build analysts.
• Partner with local operations and clinicians to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Monitor performance, capacity, throughput, and quality; adjust resource needs.
• Lead optimization initiatives to improve utilization, access, and consistency.
