Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management or related field (combination may be considered).
• Two (2) plus years of EPIC Cadence design, build, and implementation experience, including provider template optimization, visit type, and department/provider build experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ops contact for assigned specialties, optimizing scheduling workflow and Epic tool adoption.
• Lead implementation and sustainment of access standards aligned with enterprise strategy and specialty needs.
• Identify and resolve barriers such as template inefficiencies, held time, and visit type inconsistencies with clinical/design teams.
• Provide targeted education to specialty leadership and frontline staff on scheduling tools and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs (held time, block release rates, self-scheduling penetration, deny rates) and escalate gaps.
• Support change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of scheduling improvements.
• Act as SME for Epic scheduling tools to embed them in daily operations.
• Facilitate visit type cleanup and optimization (Fast Pass, self-scheduling configs).
• Drive consistency across departments to maintain governance and improve patient access.
