Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain Epic scheduling templates, visit types, modifiers, and decision trees.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for scheduling configuration requests.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align scheduling strategies.
• Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, variances, and improvements.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding projects and automate workflows where possible.
• Train end users and develop tip sheets and guides.
