Steno is seeking a Scheduler for its Customer Success team to manage client deposition scheduling with meticulous attention to detail and clear communication. You will support Account Managers, handle client requests, and ensure seamless logistics for each deposition.

You will triage requests, route to the right operations or account managers, and maintain confidentiality while adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational support experience within a professional services context.
• Proficient with technology, cloud apps, and modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack preferred).
• Demonstrates integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fast learner who adapts to new systems and processes quickly.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with detailed, process-driven work at a fast pace.
• Flexible and able to handle ambiguity while staying organized.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eager to grow within a fast-paced tech startup.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule client deposition appointments and coordinate logistics end-to-end.
• Handle client communications and provide white-glove service.
• Triage Zendesk requests and route to appropriate teams or managers.
• Deescalate difficult client interactions professionally and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client needs are met.
