Job summary

Steno’s Customer Success Team is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our winning team, supporting AmLaw Account Managers with client requests and scheduling new jobs or services. You’ll schedule depositions, coordinate logistics, handle exhibits and pre-deposition needs, and provide white-glove administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience in a court reporting agency, law firm, or legal services company.
• Proficient with technology, cloud-based applications; Google Workspace and Slack experience preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and quick learning with new systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage complex and high-priority scheduling and rescheduling needs, adapting to shifting priorities and informing all parties.
• Manage client preferences and communicate them to the team, providing white-glove service.
• Triaged Zendesk requests and routed to the appropriate operations team or account manager.
• Deescalate potentially difficult client interactions while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client needs are met.
