Job summary

Steno is seeking a proactive Scheduling/Client Success support specialist in the United States to efficiently manage complex calendars and prioritize client needs. You will triage Zendesk requests, route them to the right teams, and provide a calm, professional service that protects client relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deescalate issues when possible, and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience in the legal services sector.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; cloud-based tools experience preferred.
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fast learner and adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks with strong time management.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working through complex processes efficiently.
• Flexible and able to handle ambiguity while staying organized.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage complex scheduling and rescheduling needs with minimal disruption.
• Manage client preferences and communicate them to the team as white glove service.
• Triage Zendesk requests and route to appropriate operations or account managers.
• Deescalate potentially difficult client interactions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet all client needs.
