Job summary

Steno is seeking a Scheduler to join our Customer Success Team. You will schedule depositions, manage client preferences, and provide top-tier support while coordinating with Account Managers and operations.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup. You must be located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone and be available to work 9:00am - 5:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm PT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience within a court reporting agency, law firm, or legal services company.
• Proficient with technology, cloud-based applications (Google Workspace and Slack preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client depositions and coordinate with Account Managers.
• Provide white-glove client service and manage preferences.
• Triage Zendesk requests and route to operations or Account Manager.
• Demonstrate professionalism when escalating issues to Scheduling Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with excellent time management in a fast-paced startup.
