Job summary

Veritext is seeking a Partner Scheduling (Central) professional to manage scheduling for independent contractors and to deliver exceptional client service. The role will focus on coordinating reporters, agencies and other vendors, ensuring schedules align with client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

This position is filled at the Representative or Associate level based on experience and offers a hybrid or remote work structure with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assign all requested resources (independent contractors) by 3pm local time the day before the proceeding.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and outside vendors.
• Be aware of reporter skill sets, geographic restrictions and schedules.
• Follow best practices for assigning reporters to multiple days or job nuances.
• Respond to client requests via email and/or phone queue promptly and professionally.
• Provide assistance to reporters and videographers and escalate as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and staff for flawless execution.
• Resolve issues and elevate as needed for prompt resolution.
