Job summary

Veritext is seeking a proactive Partner Scheduling representative in California to manage scheduling for independent contractors and ensure a positive client experience before the proceeding. The role focuses on coordinating reporters, agencies, videographers, and interpreters, while maintaining strong client communication and flawless execution of upcoming assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assign all requested resources (independent contractors, our partners) by 3pm local time the day before the proceeding.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, and other outside vendors.
• Be aware of reporter skill sets, geographic restrictions, schedules and assign accordingly.
• Follow best practices for assigning reporters to multiple days or other nuances of the job.
• Respond to client requests received via email or phone promptly, pleasantly and professionally.
• Provide assistance to reporters and videographers (directions, troubleshooting, legal issues) and escalate when needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and staff to ensure execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs.
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution.

About the role:

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. In Partner Scheduling (California), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of scheduling independent contractors for proceedings while creating a positive experience for clients, both internal and external, prior to the proceeding taking place.

*We are willing to hire at the Representative, Associate or Specialist level for this role*

What you’ll get to do:

• Assign all requested resources (independent contractors, our “partners”) by 3pm local time the day before the proceeding
• Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc. and all other outside vendors, as applicable
• Be aware and knowledgeable of reporter skill set, geographic restrictions and schedule and assign to the appropriate work
• Follow best practices for assigning Reporters to multiple days or other job specific nuances
• Respond to all client requests received via email and/or phone queue in a timely, pleasant and professional manner
• Provide assistance to reporters, videographers, as applicable (i.e., directions, my steno machine is broken, legal issues, etc.); escalat[e] to appropriate Veritext colleague if necessary
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors and staff to ensure proper execution of all aspects of upcoming jobs are met
• Resolve issues and escalat[e] as needed to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
