SCP Health is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Scheduling Coordinator to support anesthesia clinicians. Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Clinician Support: Outline onboarding steps and credentialing needs for clinicians.
• Scheduling & Workforce Coordination: Build monthly schedules ensuring full OR coverage.
• Payroll & Expense Support: Verify payroll hours and reimbursements.
• Clinician Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact and resolve issues.
• Process & Quality Improvement: Identify workflow improvements in anesthesia staffing.
