Qualifications

• 5+ years in dental, medical, or clinical scheduling/coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage provider schedules and balance workload.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical coordinators with clear priorities, accountability, and coaching.
• Oversee scheduling across markets to ensure reliable provider days.
• Identify scheduling barriers and escalate to appropriate owners.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of workflows.
