Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive staff and provider schedules to ensure appropriate clinic coverage.
• Enter, update, and modify schedules using UKG (Kronos) to reflect staffing changes.
• Monitor staffing levels and respond promptly to call-outs, emergencies, and operational needs.
