Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a schedule coordinator to optimize service visits, manage high-volume inquiries, and liaise between customers and internal teams. You will coordinate engineers and partners for installation, repair, and maintenance, while ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication in Japanese and English, basic PC skills, and experience in coordinating services.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Degree in scientific or technical field preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge required.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling services is beneficial.
• Experience with SAP/CRM environments is a plus.
• Experience with vendor quotations, POs, and invoicing preferred.
• Strong Japanese communication skills (verbal, written).
• Intermediate English skills (TOEIC 500+).

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for engineers and partners for installation, repair and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Prioritize onsite response times in line with customer expectations and Agilent measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners such as Field Solutions and Sales teams.
• Proactively manage resource shortages in collaboration with the Service Business Manager.
