You will partner with bankers across the loan lifecycle, verify eligibility against SBA SOP and policies, and ensure timely processing of documentation while maintaining accurate records in banking systems. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED plus 4 years in Sales, customer service, or operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with BOSS, Spark, and banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for bankers during the application process.
• Review loan applications to determine SBA eligibility.
• Verify receipt of complete loan packages and documentation.
• Check applications meet Experian Blended Score requirements.
• Process loan applications and due diligence documents within service standards.
• Ensure loan requests comply with SBA SOP, policies, and guidelines.
• Communicate status, missing information, and next steps with bankers.
• Maintain records and update banking systems during origination.
• Collaborate with internal partners to expedite processing and customer experience.
• Identify issues that may affect eligibility, approval, or timelines.
