Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for bankers by providing guidance throughout the application process.
• Review loan applications to determine SBA eligibility and document completion.
• Verify receipt of complete loan packages and ensure required documentation.
• Process loan applications and due diligence within service standards.
• Ensure loan requests comply with SBA SOP and bank policies.
• Communicate status, missing information, and next steps to bankers.
• Maintain accurate records in banking systems through the origination process.
• Collaborate with internal partners to facilitate efficient loan processing.
