Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role delivers first-line assistance to SAP users, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service.

An active Secret Clearance is required for this position. Remote work with relocation to US states supported by Tripoint Solutions, eligibility to work in the United States, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• SAP certification in modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD) preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Document support activities and system changes for knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
