Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking a transformation leader to help clients digitize and optimize SAP solutions. You will collaborate across teams, guide requirements, and deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementations within a global delivery model.

You will lead complex workstreams, advise on best practices, and participate in change management to drive adoption of new SAP processes and technologies. Some travel and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
