Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and support, translating complex requirements into reliable system solutions while mentoring others.

You will partner with stakeholders to define scope, manage projects, and ensure data integrity across integrated processes, assisting management with evolving technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
• Mentor team members and provide work direction as needed.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize business and technical processes.
