Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to act as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will translate requirements into sustainable system solutions, provide leadership, and mentor team members across projects.

You will guide analysis, design, testing, and implementation of complex business applications, while supporting production and governance activities.

Qualifications

Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business objectives, document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into effective system deliverables.
Serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, payment card solutions, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, solution evaluation, planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer.
Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and system processes to address complex business and technical requirements while maintaining system and data integrity.
