Job summary

The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems, mentor teammates, and guide management decisions on technology and processes.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating testing, and ensuring data integrity across integrated solutions, with opportunities to lead projects and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus eight or more years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, technical requirements, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders and management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
• Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Translates requirements into effective system deliverables and provides technical leadership.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including planning, evaluation, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while ensuring data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
• Provides production support, data analysis, and process enhancements; trains users.
• Mentors team members and stays current on technologies and industry practices.
