Job summary

VESLOG is seeking a project coordination professional to support SAP/ERP delivery across multiple client projects. You’ll organize meetings, maintain action trackers, and help prepare status updates and project plans while collaborating with global teams.

The role emphasizes PMO support, risk tracking, and documentation quality in a dynamic, remote-first environment with travel up to 20–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles.
• Excellent command of English and Polish (C1) for domestic and international communication.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups; maintain action trackers.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Support project managers with timelines, risks, issues, and delivery tracking.
• Assist with resource planning, task coordination, and status reporting.
