GE Vernova is seeking a Project Specialist to provide SAP project execution and billing support. You will bridge project management, tax, and finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

The role demands strong communication, multitasking across time zones, and understanding of project financials and invoicing. Responsibilities include managing SAP data, assisting invoicing, and reducing unbilled receivables, with a remote work option in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1-3 years of related project support experience.

Responsibilities

• SAP Operations & ERP Management: Determine project creation, WBS, and accurate sales order entry; collaborate with PM, ITO, Sales, and tax teams for correct tax; update SAP data per managers; trigger revenue; resolve SAP data defects.
• Billing & Financial Support: Assist PM with invoicing and with collections; use IBS for internal invoicing; troubleshoot billing issues for internal orders; track project metrics to minimize unbilled and past-due receivables.
• Process Expertise: Adapt to a dynamic environment by handling ad-hoc tasks to support project and service teams.
