Job summary

Syskoplan Reply, part of the Reply Network, seeks a Project Coordinator to support SAP-based projects in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the Project Manager, maintain deliverables, and communicate status, risks, and issues to the team.

The role requires strong organization, 1–2 years of relevant experience, SAP knowledge, and advanced MS Office/SharePoint skills. Expect up to 50% travel and collaboration with global client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in SAP projects or software implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage electronic project files.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and logs.
• Coordinate testing and defect tracking within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Set up and organize project document repository.
• Record meeting minutes and support project documentation.
• Manage change requests and communication with clients and team.
• Schedule and organize project team meetings and coordinate third-party activities.
• Provide other administrative tasks as assigned.
