Job summary

Links Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Vendor Project Manager to drive end-to-end external partner readiness for a SAP S/4HANA migration. You will coordinate between internal teams, system integrators, and OSATs/CEMs to translate complex changes into actionable plans for go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include managing readiness checklists, tracking actions and risks, and supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities with partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in ERP/supply chain transformations.
• Experience supporting SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA migrations or ECC transformations.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholder groups across internal teams, external partners, and integrators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical changes in business terms.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong tracking of actions, dates, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own project management for External Partner readiness for assigned partner types (OSATs, CEMs, logistics providers).
• Translate ERP migration impacts into partner-facing readiness messages, timelines and actions.
• Coordinate with internal relationship owners, IT teams, and external partners.
• Manage readiness checklist across system, interface, data, testing, training, cutover, ramp-up/down, hypercare, and business processes.
• Track readiness actions, owners, due dates, evidence, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Support enrollment and engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure partner impacts are understood, validated, and mitigated.
• Drive completion of readiness activities by partner/site/process/milestone.
• Maintain status reporting and dashboards/tracking for readiness.
• Identify blockers early and escalate accordingly.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare readiness planning for partners.

VENDOR PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Remote / MUST be able to work Global hours

Pay Rate: $110/hr - $115/hr

Contract Duration: 6-9 Months

Summary

Drive end-to-end external partner readiness for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP migration. Serve as the primary coordinator between internal business teams, system integrators, and third-party partners like OSATs and CEMs. Translate complex technical changes into clear action plans to ensure seamless partner go-live execution.

• Manage a business readiness checklist covering system, interface, data, testing, training, cutover, ramp-down, ramp-up, hypercare, and business process impacts.
• Track readiness actions, owners, due dates, evidence, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Support enrollment and engagement sessions with internal relationship owners and external partners.
• Ensure partner-specific impacts are understood, validated, assigned, and mitigated.
• Drive completion of readiness activities by partner, site, process, and milestone.
• Maintain clear status reporting and support readiness dashboards or trackers.
• Identify blockers early and escalations.
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare readiness planning for assigned partners.

Qualifications – Vendor Project Manager

• Strong project management experience in ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or business transformation programs.
• Experience supporting SAP programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA migrations or ECC transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across internal teams, external partners, and system integrators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and process changes in business terms.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous in tracking actions, evidence, dates, and dependencies.
• Strong follow-through and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure around evolving program inputs.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to detect confusion, misalignment, resistance, or unstated risks.
• Experience managing readiness checklists, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, or executive dashboards.
• Experience working with OSATs, CEMs, contract manufacturers, logistics providers, suppliers, or other external operating partners.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Excel-based trackers, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar program management tools.
