Job summary

Syskoplan Reply US is seeking a Project Coordinator to support SAP technology projects. You will assist the Project Manager, help maintain project plans and deliverables, and communicate status, risks, and issues across teams. The role thrives in a fast-paced SAP project environment.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with 1-2 years of experience, and able to travel up to 50%. Proficiency with SAP or software implementation and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with internal and external contacts.
• Organizational skills to maintain project files and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard project documentation including plan, travel plans, roster, and status reports.
• Support testing coordination and defect management within SAP Cloud ALM.
• Set up and organize project document repository.
• Record minutes and gather information for project documentation.
• Manage change requests to project plans and related docs.
• Provide seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Schedule and organize project team meetings.
• Coordinate third-party activities related to project execution.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
