Job summary

Syskoplan Reply, part of the Reply Network, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Atlanta to support SAP technology projects. You will assist the Project Manager, ensure deliverables are accurate and on schedule, and help communicate status, risks, and issues to the team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years' experience, readiness to travel up to 50%, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation such as project plan, travel plans, team roster, status reports, risks and issue logs, budget reports, presentations etc.
• Support testing coordination and defect management activities within SAP Cloud ALM, including monitoring test progress, logging and prioritizing defects, and following up with teams to drive timely resolution.
• Set up and organization of project document repository
• Recording minutes during project, team, and steering committee meetings and gathering related information for project documentation, storing documentation
• Management of change requests to the project plan and other project management documentation
• Provision of seamless communication, planning business activities with clients and stakeholders
• Schedule and organize project team meetings
• Coordination of third-party activities in relation to project execution
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
