Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients in the US. You will own the FI-CA workstream, govern financial controls, and ensure alignment with SAP IS-U components from blueprint through go-live.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive cross-functional workshops, testing, and cutover activities across Billing, Receivables, and General Ledger

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with FI-CA, including 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Owning the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream, including scope, target processes, solution decisions, delivery plans, quality, risks, and outcomes from requirements and blueprint through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Defining and governing the functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and related financial controls.
• Leading requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, solution workshops, and design reviews to translate Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and business requirements into scalable FI-CA solutions.
• Driving integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and payment providers, collection agencies, tax solutions, and SAP FI/CO General Ledger.
• Establishing and governing FI-CA financial controls, posting and reconciliation processes, ensuring solutions support auditability and approved business and accounting requirements.
