Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for U.S. utilities clients.

You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure alignment with business policies and accounting requirements across Billing, Finance, and Customer Care. You will guide cross-functional teams, drive integration designs, and oversee testing, cutover, and stabilization to achieve auditable financial postings and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience delivering FI-CA design across payments, receivables, and reconciliation.
• Experience guiding cross-functional workshops and design governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to post-go-live.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, and collections.
• Lead business/workshops translating requirements into FI-CA designs.
• Drive integration and reconciliation with IS-U Billing, banks, and GL.
• Govern FI-CA financial controls and posting processes.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies for end-to-end processes.
• Develop functional specs and configuration standards.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and coordinate technical partners.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks, and stakeholder decisions.
• Lead cutover activities and production readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
