Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end FI-CA workstream for utility clients in the US. You will own functional design, drive integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO, and lead cross-functional teams through requirements, testing, and cutover.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and related utility financial processes.
• Experience in receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and controls.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable FI-CA designs.
• Proven leadership of functional teams and cross-workstream coordination.
• Experience integrating FI-CA with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, and banking interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream end-to-end from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional designs for receivables, payments, and related financial controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews across Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Drive cross-workstream integration and reconciliation with SAP IS-U modules and external banks.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Guide FI-CA consultants and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
