Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA solutions for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align with business policies, and drive delivery across Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO, and champion controls, testing, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including FI-CA.
3+ years leading a FI-CA workstream or team.
Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
Experience overseeing cross-functional integrations across IS-U Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO.

Responsibilities

Own the FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and controls.
Lead workshops and design reviews translating requirements into FI-CA designs.
Drive integration and reconciliation with IS-U Billing, banking, and GL.
Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting/reconciliation processes.
Manage cross-workstream dependencies and stakeholder decisions.
Lead testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processes.
Oversee cutover and production readiness activities.
Build trusted client relationships and guide transformation priorities.
