Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to own the FI-CA workstream and drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business policies and accounting requirements.

You will lead functional teams, define design decisions, and govern integrations with SAP IS-U Billing, banking providers, and FI/CO, while ensuring controls, auditability,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience delivering FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and financial controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap, design reviews, and workshops.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U modules and external systems.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting/reconciliation processes.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and escalate risks as needed.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, and configuration standards.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and coordinate with partners to resolve issues.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
