Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Salesforce Training Specialist to support a rapid Salesforce expansion. You will deliver end-user training, create engaging learning materials, and provide onsite go-live support for new branch deployments.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel frequently to branch sites. You will help scale onboarding as the company grows from seven to about fifty locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce experience in admin, enablement, adoption, or training roles.
• At least 1 year in a dedicated training, learning and development, or user enablement role.
• Experience delivering training to business users in individual and group settings.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including weekly travel during branch launches.
• Experience creating training content, documentation, and user guides.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and support organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Salesforce training programs to end users across multiple functions.
• Travel onsite for new branch go-lives to facilitate training and post-launch support.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce trainer and adoption specialist for branch implementations.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and video content.
• Design a centralized Salesforce training hub using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Create scalable onboarding programs for new employees and future branches.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for varying experience levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and knowledge gaps.
• Monitor adoption and suggest strategies to improve utilization and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching after go-live events.
• Assist with testing, change management, and rollout activities.
