Job summary

Slalom, LLC is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for a large-scale Salesforce implementation. You will create instructor-led materials, e-learning content, and job aids, translating complex processes into actionable learning experiences.

You will facilitate in-person sessions, publish Rise-based modules, and support deployment through Workday LMS, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, practical training

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design experience.
• 3-5+ years developing training for large-scale system implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to translate complex business processes and system functionality into learning solutions.
• Experience creating e-learning content in Articulate Rise and administering content through Workday LMS.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills including in-person training.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led training, job aids, quick reference guides, and e-learning content.
• Translate Salesforce CPQ and CRM processes and workflows into engaging, role-based learning experiences.
• Facilitate in-person training sessions and workshops for end users.
• Create and publish e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and support deployment through Workday LMS.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned to release objectives.
• Support user readiness and adoption efforts throughout the implementation lifecycle.
