Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated training or teaching experience.
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement methodology.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead live in-person training and web-based sessions for internal clients.
• Coordinate change management communications and drive adoption of new products and workflows.
• Partner with Salesforce Support and product teams to translate innovations into field operations.
• Assess technician competency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
