Job summary

McBride Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a remote role supporting NYS Department of Labor's UI Call Center. You will configure Salesforce Service Cloud, build Apex and LWC components, and deliver automated workflows and reports to streamline agent operations.

You will deploy changes via Copado, participate in defect analysis, and lead knowledge-transfer sessions to enable self-sufficiency within the NYSDOL team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Salesforce development and configuration, preferably public sector or large enterprise.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud including Omni-Channel, Cases, Knowledge, Console, and automation.
• Hands-on with declarative configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC).
• Experience with Copado for version control, CI/CD, and deployments across environments.
• Ability to build calculated reports and executive dashboards in Salesforce.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge-transfer skills with NYSDOL teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet user stories from maintenance sprints.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Flows, and tailored reports for UI Call Center metrics.
• Execute deployments across sandbox and production environments using Copado.
• Support warranty, root-cause analysis, and bug remediation activities.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions with NYSDOL personnel to boost internal capability.
