Job summary

CMA is seeking a Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud Specialist in Albany, NY. The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations with external systems.

You will work with analysts, admins, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include building custom apps, processes, and UI/UX while ensuring secure, well-tested deployments and robust SSO integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Service Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build custom objects, workflows, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop Lightning Components and responsive UI/UX.
• Manage deployments with Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX, or Change Sets.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize SOQL performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, architects, and stakeholders.
• Implement SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Manage sandbox environments across development, test, UAT, staging.
