Job summary

Tech Valley Talent is seeking a Salesforce Developer with Copado experience for a long-term contract supporting NYSDOL. The role is remote with a preference for EST or CST due to client location.

The candidate will maintain and evolve Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Omni-Channel, Cases, Knowledge, and LWC/Apex development, with strong reporting capabilities. Deployment and warranty support are key duties, requiring 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Cases, Knowledge, Console).
• Experience with declarative config and custom development (Apex, LWC).
• DevOps experience with Copado for version control and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet user stories from sprints.
• Develop Apex, LWC, Flows and create calculated reports.
• Manage deployments across sandboxes and production with Copado.
• Support warranty, defect analysis, and bug remediation.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions with NYSDOL technical teams.
