Job summary

You will gather requirements, prioritize with leadership, and configure or develop smaller enhancements while coordinating with external development partners for larger builds.

You will serve as the primary technical contact for Salesforce, triage internal support cases, and ensure timely delivery within scope, time, and budget,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Salesforce development and 2+ years project management.
• Experience with external development partners/vendors.
• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge; Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
• Excellent communication and leadership across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Salesforce environment day to day.
• Prioritize requirements with leadership across departments.
• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, flows, and APIs.
• Coordinate with external partners for larger builds.
• Document workflows and business rules to capture institutional knowledge.
• Define scope, timelines, and budgets; manage project plans.
• Coordinate UAT and stakeholder sign-off before deployment.
