Productiv Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams of Consultants, Software Engineers, and Designers on medium to large IT projects from initiation to launch.

In this remote role, you will drive scope, budget, and schedule; apply Agile, Scrum rituals, manage risk, and ensure client satisfaction while documenting in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana. Strong communication and accountability are essential to keep teams focused and clients informed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, leading cross-functional teams on technical projects.
• Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and budget.
• Plan projects from initiation to launch using Agile methodologies and Scrum rituals.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with resource management.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Communicate project status with stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Maintain project knowledge base in Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana.
• Navigate discussions with clients on scope, budget, and schedule adjustments.
