Job summary

Qualys in Foster City seeks a Lead Salesforce Administrator & Developer to unite admin duties with hands-on development across Apex, LWC and integrations. You will own production issue debugging and remediation to ensure code quality and long-term maintainability.

This is a working lead role, not a people-management role. The role spends about 30% on development, 60% on admin/configuration, and 10% on technical leadership, design and review, with responsibilities spanning Sales, Service, CPQ

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (PD1) certifications.
7-12 years in Salesforce administration and development, including at least 3 years operating as a senior or lead engineer on a team.
Experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and/or CPQ Clouds.

Responsibilities

Develop and extend Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous jobs.
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components; maintain Aura and Visualforce where legacy demands it.
Build and support REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and connected systems.
Own day-to-day declarative configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes and sharing rules.
