The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams (administrators, developers, consultants), ensuring solutions meet business needs, adhere to best practices, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Project Planning and Management: Lead the entire project lifecycle for Salesforce implementation and enhancements, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, often using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary to keep projects on track.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, providing regular status reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
Quality Assurance & Training: Oversee quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and help facilitate end-user training and support to drive platform adoption.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, technical design documents, and user reference guides.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
