Job summary

Surplus Solutions Holdings LLC in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Salesforce Program Manager & Administrator to own the Salesforce environment and project portfolio. You will combine hands-on development with vendor liaison, prioritizing business requirements and delivering CRM improvements.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce development and 2+ years of PM experience, with strong Apex, SOQL, and LWC knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT or related field.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
2+ years of project management experience, preferably CRM or business-systems projects.
Experience working with external development or implementation partners/vendors.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

Own and administer the Salesforce environment day to day.
Prioritize requests from all departments with leadership; manage project portfolio end to end.
Design, configure, and develop smaller Salesforce enhancements with Apex and LWC.
Coordinate with external development partners for larger builds.
Document workflows, configurations, and business rules for institutional knowledge.
Translate business requirements into clear specs for developers; manage timelines and budgets.
Coordinate contracts, SOWs, and invoicing with partners and Finance.
Oversee UAT and stakeholder sign-off prior to deployment.
Provide regular updates to senior management and communicate risks.
