Insight Global is looking to add a Salesforce Project manager to their clients Field Service Management group. This individual will lead the day-to-day execution of the Salesforce Workforce Management (WFM) program by owning the roadmap, Jira backlog, and delivery plan across multiple workstreams. They will partner closely with business leaders, product owners, Salesforce engineering, architects, and operational stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage scope, and ensure alignment to business objectives. They will help facilitate program planning, status reviews, dependency management, and risk mitigation discussions while tracking key decisions, action items, and delivery milestones. Other responsibilities include: coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, change management, training, and post-production support activities to drive successful releases with minimal business disruption. They will monitor program health through dashboards and reporting, proactively identifying risks, resource constraints, and blockers, while providing leadership with clear visibility into progress, timelines, and overall delivery outcomes.
