Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3 years of software development experience, and Salesforce Administrator plus Platform Developer I certifications. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and API integrations is essential, along with Git and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field with 3 years of software development experience or equivalent.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and Platform Developer I certification are required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools; experience with multi-org environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Admin Team and manage day-to-day Salesforce administration.
• Develop and customize Salesforce, including objects, Lightning components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and automations (Flow, Process Builder).
• Design API integrations and ensure DevOps processes for deployments (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Provide end-user training and governance for Salesforce best practices.
