Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator & Developer in Foster City, CA to own both admin and development tasks across Apex, LWC, and integrations. You will manage production issues, technical debt, and platform health while guiding a hands-on team through complex automation and releases.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and a proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (PD1) certifications.
• 7–12 years of Salesforce administration and development experience, including senior/lead engineer time.
• Experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience and/or CPQ Clouds.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development focusing on Apex and LWC.
• Administer and configure Salesforce including objects, fields, validation, sharing, and CPQ where applicable.
• Lead deployment and CI/CD processes with Git/Bitbucket.
• Triage production issues, integrations, and data quality concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops and Customer Success to shape requirements.
