Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Product Management, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Financial Services industry experience, preferably in Consumer and Business Banking, Treasury and Merchant services.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration options.
• Strong analytical and data discovery/interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages product strategies aligned with the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud roadmap.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Monitors market trends, regulations, and customer needs to drive profitability and product appeal.
• Tracks customer engagement and satisfaction across product life cycle.
